More than three hundred players, managers, club officials and their friends and families saw current Sheffield United manager honour the stars of the season at the 2018 EVO-STIK Northern Premier League Player of the Year Awards.

For the third time, the league’s next generation of stars were also represented, members of the NPL Football Academy’s Team of the Year and Player of the Year also collecting their accolades on stage from Wilder and EVO-STIK NPL chairman Mark Harris.

The ‘Player of the Year’ went to Warrington Town midfielder Aron McGrath (pictured below) after beating Morgan Williams of Mickleover Sports and Ossett Albion’s Ben Harley in second and third place respectively.
