Everyone at the NPL Football Academy would like to wish Mickleover Sports Academy coach Andy Dales the best of luck as he departs for a new career as a professional footballer.
‘Dalesy’ has assisted John McGrath for the last three years at the Sports Academy whilst playing for the first team and became a great mentor for the many students who have graduate to the senior squad.
After scoring 23 goals last season, the winger attracted a lot of interest from EFL sides and has chosen SkyBet League One side Scunthorpe United as his new destination.
