Congratulations to Mickleover Sports student Ben Lewin, who made his first team debut last night in a 2-3 defeat to Buxton.
Lewin was named on the bench for Mickleover Sports Integro Cup tie and replaced fellow NPLFA student, Josh Satchwell in the 72nd minute.
Ben becomes the 55th Player from the NPL Football Academy to make his first team debut and the fourth Mickleover Sports player to do so in the last 12 months.
Mickleover have been the team setting the pace in the NPLFA this season with both cohorts going unbeaten so far. Levin’s team are sitting pretty at the top of the Joma Division table and have scored an impressive 34 goals in just six games.
