We are delighted to hear that Warrington Town degree student Aron McGrath is currently training with EFL League One side Blackpool FC.
The nineteen-year-old had a successful year during the previous campaign, playing a vital role in the NPLFA Grand Final winning side as the Yellows Academy became NPLFA Champions for the first time.
It was a season of personal reward as well for McGrath who was named the NPLFA ‘Player of the Year’ at the end of season awards in Barnsley, an achievement that did not go unnoticed in the professional game with many clubs taking a keen interest in the playmaker.
