EUAN WOODS 20TH STUDENT TO MAKE DEBUT

Congratulations to second year student Euan Woods who made his debut for Warrington Town on Tuesday night against Tranmere Rovers in the Cheshire Senior Cup.

The former Accrington Stanley academy player and last years ‘Golden Boot’ winner came on in the 65th minute for experienced non-league striker Ben Deegan and impressed in his cameo in the Yellows two nil win.

The 18 year old made history by becoming the first football graduate of the Warrington Town Academy and under the guidance of academy manager Keith Southern and first team manager Paul Carden that number will no doubt rise with the amount of talent already at Cantilever Park and coming on board for next season.

Congratulations to Euan and keep working hard.
