The Northern Premier League Football Academy (NPLFA) is delighted to announce a two-year kit deal with Joma Sport UK. From 2016 through to 2018 Joma will be responsible for the kit provision of all students in their successful Football and Education Programme.
The NPLFA is now in its second year, with 10 teams taking part in the first FA-sanctioned league played on NPL club grounds. Joma already provides playing kit for all NPLFA teams and is now increasing its commitment to the competition with new kit for clubs joining the NPLFA in 2016/17 and 2017/18. The new deal with also include kit for academy coaches and for the newly-formed representative side. The supplier is keen to support the development of the academy programme and is working with NPLFA officials on a series of additional initiatives throughout the period of the agreement.
Eliteform’s Darren Royle said, “It has been a real coup for the academy to secure such a well-known and respected brand to be responsible for the provision of all kit and accessories to over 300 students.”
Joma Sport UK Brand Manager Ian Ralph said “We are delighted to be in chosen and be in partnership with the Northern Premier League Football Academy. Along with our distribution partner, we believe we can provide a service that will run alongside the excellent progression shown in the programme in just under two years. We have been involved since its inception and the pilot programme and having seen the rapid growth in the interest of the programme we are confident of creating a successful partnership longer term.”
An online shop is also being developed that will give students on the programme, their families and friends 25% discount on all Joma sports and leisurewear. “We want to be pro-active in this partnership and to help the NPLFA family grow with us” explains Ian Ralph.
